Alison - 4 MONTHS Doctor's appt.

Alison went to the doc again today. She weighed in at 15lbs. 6 oz. (90th percentile) and was 25" long (75th percentile)....GOTTA LOVE being a baby.....rolls and double chins LOOK GOOD!

Rice Cereal

I was excited to try Alison on rice cereal. For how much the girl loves to eat...I thought she would totally scarf down rice cereal and be thrilled. WRONG, she HATED it. She made the worst faces, choked and spit most of it right out. Oh well, we will try again another time = )

Sierra's new hair cut

After Simon cut Sierra's hair last week and a permanent snarl (from all of her hair twisting) we decided it was time to cut her hair for real.

So much fun...

Simon totally LOVED his first day of school and he did great (besides not wanting to get out of bed this morning). We met his teacher, Mrs. Cole and learned about what they are going to be doing each day. I was more nervous than he was, he thought it was all fun...BUT will obviously have to learn to stay on task! He is excited to go back again on Wednesday.

FIRST DAY of Preschool

Yesterday, my kids were having a great ART TIME. I gave them paper, coloring books, stickers, colored pencils and SCISSORS and let them go wild. They were in the room next to me doing great UNTIL they walked in by me holding the curls you see below. YES, Simon cut Sierra's hair! LUCKILY you can't tell where he cut, she has thick enough curls that it hides well.
