'Tis the Season

Well, the time is here. Sierra had a cold for the past two weeks and today we found out she has two minor ear infections as well. What fun!

Nelson's Farm Market

The Kids enjoyed a sprinkle chocolate donut My flexible daughter, not only does she just play with her hair she can play with it with her feet!
There is a little farm market with a small barn and some animals near Newago that James and I have been visiting before we got married. We try to go a couple of times a year and always bring home some delicious treats. My mom went with us yesterday. Here are a few pics.

Back to the wormies..

We started the spring with worm hunts and now as we head into fall they still continue. The kids went outside in search of wormies today!

Does this need any explanation?

Sierra...

had her 18 month Dr.'s appointment today and she did great. She weighed 22 lbs. and 6 oz. which put her in about the 12th percentile and she was 32.5 inches tall which put her in the 50th percentile. She also got 1 shot but only cried for about 3 seconds and then ran through the office with the shot totally forgotten : ) She seems to be totally ahead with language as she is basically putting phrases and short sentences together, and they are still watching her weight closely but are pretty confident she is just going to be a petite little thing!

Labor Day Weekend 2008

We spent Friday and Saturday in Whitehall at the Grooters' cottage and Sunday and Monday in North Muskegon at the DeVries' Cottage. What a wonderful way to wind down the summer. The weather was gorgeous and the kids had a great time everywhere we went.

Playing in the Sprinklers...probably for the last time this summer
