Little Miss Piggy

Sierra Mae had her 1 month doctor's appointment today. She weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. She is doing well and obviously getting enough to eat : ) Also Dr. Bill couldn't hear her heart murmur anymore and decided it has disappeared. We are very thankful for that.

Aunt E.B. visits

Aunt E.B. is visiting us from New York City this weekend. It is the first time she has seen Sierra and Simon is loving having an aunt around to play with him

2007 Parkinson's Unity Walk

My sister, Erin, will be walking in the 2007 Parkinson's Unity Walk in Central Park this Spring to raise money for Parkinson's Disease research in support of our dad. BLIZZARD

Hi everyone. We made it through the 2007 Blizzard. I can't believe the piles of snow we got. We braved the weather and headed out to the auto show on Saturday. Sunday we stayed inside and watched the Superbowl. And today we are just going to hang out again as James has the day off from school.

Here are a few pics from this weekend! (oh and by the way, Sierra had a doctors appt. on Friday and she weighed 6 pounds (the little piggy) and was 19 1/4 inches long. She is doing well at home and growing like a week already)

Sierra Mae's Heart

We went to a pediatric cardiologist yesterday with Sierra. They did an EKG and an Echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart). The doctors thought everything looked normal for her age so there are no more worries about a heart murmur. We did have a nice experience there........As I was changing Sierra's diaper (carefully) and was explaining to the nurse that she has a tendency to explode.........AN EXPLOSION OF POO went flying all over the front of me. I know little boys are notorious for peeing on people if they aren't covered immediately BUT POO EVERYWHERE???.....who knew someone so little was so powerful.
